1、 Working principle
The working principle of the centralized power control type fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system: When in normal working state, the mains power is connected to the emergency lighting centralized power supply for normal operation and battery charging. The output of the emergency lighting centralized power supply is provided to the fire emergency lighting fixtures through the emergency lighting distribution devices set in each fire compartment. The emergency lighting controller achieves centralized monitoring and management of the system by real-time monitoring the working status of the emergency lighting centralized power supply, emergency lighting distribution device, and fire emergency lighting fixtures.
When a fire alarm occurs, the emergency lighting controller receives the fire signal and issues control commands to the emergency lighting centralized power supply, emergency lighting distribution device, and fire emergency lighting fixtures. The control system switches to an emergency state, providing lighting and evacuation instructions for personnel evacuation and fire operations.
2、 Performance requirements for emergency lighting and evacuation systems in accordance with national standards
1. Emergency conversion time:
The emergency conversion time of the system should not exceed 5 seconds, the emergency conversion time of the system used in high-risk areas should not exceed 0.25 seconds, and the emergency conversion time in densely populated areas should not exceed 1.5 seconds;
2. Emergency working hours:
The emergency response time varies in different locations and should be determined based on the actual situation on site;
3. Surface brightness of fire emergency sign lamps:
The minimum surface brightness of the marker lamp with only green or red graphics shall not be less than 50cd/m2, and the maximum brightness shall not be more than 300cd/m2 (Candela/m2);
4. Luminous flux of fire emergency lighting:
The luminous flux under emergency conditions shall not be lower than its nominal luminous flux and shall not be less than 50lm (lumens);
5. System self check:
After the main power of the system has been working continuously for 48 hours, it automatically switches from the main power working state to the emergency working state every (30 ± 2) days and lasts for 30-180 seconds, then automatically restores to the main power working state. The main power of the system will automatically switch from the main power working state to the emergency working state every other year and continue until the discharge terminates, and then automatically restore to the main power working state. The continuous emergency working time shall not be less than 30 minutes.
6. Emergency conversion control:
Manual and automatic control devices should be installed in the fire control room that can forcibly switch and emergency input the fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system.
